Bible version copyrights are held by the people who publish the specific versions and are not held by BibleWorks. So you are asking the wrong people. If you publish the BGT text, you need to receive permission from the German Bible Society, NOT BibleWorks. In any of the versions, go to the tab "Version Info" to see who the proper copyright holders are for each database.
