    Default Consistent Display of Hebrew Text

    Perhaps you can help.
    My attempt to develop a program
    where some of the screen requires
    Hebrew script on display, I get
    inconsistent results.

    I figured the following tag would take care
    of all such problems:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

    But this, in itself, does not always do the trick.
    For example, were I to open a javascript window,
    the letters display incorrectly. In Opera, too,
    they show up strangely.

    Is there a lock-tight way to do this?

    You are asking in the wrong forum for programming help. I don't know what your development environment is, but you can go here to find your specific area of interest...
