Question Changing Your Website On Contact Info

I changed the website on my contact information a long time ago. Today I just clicked on the website, which is live, and I was sent to a broken link. As I studied the broken link I realized it was directed to my original website, which we closed several years ago. I actually clicked on my new site, but somehow the forum is sending people to my original site. I cannot find any way to fix this. Does anyone know how I can edit this and remove the old site permanently?

www.vcfbn.org is the new site (five years ago)
    www.bloomingtonvineyard.org is the old site.

Thanks for your help on this!
