Jim: When you enter a forum and see the various threads listed, there is a "New Thread" button at the top and bottom of hte listing. Clicking this will open up an editor.

Registered users are currently limited to 1MB total attachments.

Only BW Staffers have picture icons next to there post. This is to help quickly identify BW posts...
