Pasting Paragraph Style

I understand that you want to copy text in paragraph style, but highlighting text in the Browse window and then using copy/paste returns the text with separate verses. There is a another way to accomplish your goal, but it involves (as Greg Ward noted) using the Popup Copy window. (I know that this Popup Copy window has caused some consternation in BW8, but it really is a remarkably powerful and adaptable tool.)
HERE is a 1'39" video showing you the steps to take to configure it properly and get text copied in paragraph format.
I forgot to mention in the video that with the Popup Copy window open, click on the version button (just to the left of the blank where you will enter your verse range) and choose whatever version you want.
BTW, this is also very helpful if you want to copy non-contiguous verses. Simply use a semicolon to separate passages and use the book name every time. (E.g., John 1.1-5; John 3.14-16; Phil 1.20-22)

IMO - Everyone needs to check out this video. I think 99.9% of us will learn something. The other .1% are like Mark and you already know it (Like Michael Hannel and a few others).

After seeing Glenn's and Mark's explanations, I am impressed with the new capabilities in BW8... which is why I just ordered.

Quick question, however... Nowhere was I asked to provide my codes for my unlock modules. I did give my BW7 registration number, so I'm hoping that will cover it. If not, someone please let me know what else I need to do.

Scott, you'll probably get an email with your unlock codes just prior to BW mailing your actual order.

If not, all you'll need to do is email them a second time after you've registered BW8.

Folks on the forum have had either one or the other experience. I think MGVH and Ken N. (Can't spell Neighhoff from memory. Sorry ) got theirs no problemo. I and many others did the 2nd email thingy.

By waiting until now to place your order, you'll probably receive it much faster than during the initial onslaught.

I wouldn't be taking the time to check too frequently -- although I admit that there is something of a compulsion to do so!

My BW 8 arrived yesterday but unfortunately minus module unlock codes. Version 7 codes for modules were supplied along with the program code itself with the order. I emailed support 24 hours ago about the issue but haven't heard back yet. Which is why I'm saying don't expect version 8 unlock codes too speedily -- this seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

I'm happy to wait -- my BW 7 is still working great! It's just that an exceedingly generous person has provided the means for me to upgrade. It is a great thing to experience God's provision and care through his people.

Not bad from memory, you put one too many 'h's' in the last name.

Yes, I received an email givig me the new unlock codes one day and the next day, received the email telling me BW8 shipped.

There were posts in the past that dealt with the unlock codes, that if you ordered BDAG and HALOT before BW7, the BW computer system was not able to always retrieve those past codes and had to generate new ones. This caused a delay for some people.

Adelphos, may you time in the Word with BW8 be beneficial and rewarding.

Nope. As long as you've registered BibleWorks, they have a record of your purchases. The snag had been that some of those records were not immediately grabbed by their computers if they had been purchased a long time ago. I assume that's been worked out, but if not you can email them those later on in the process, but as it is, nothing else should be necessary.

After reading these posts and seeing the examples and screenshots provided by yourself, Glenn, and Mark, it occured to me what the main problem with BW8 is... well, okay, it's not really a problem, but rather a luxury... and here it is... there are too many options!

There are ssssoooooo many options that you need a billet just to sort them all out.
