font conversion macros

Has anyone created a macro that will convert Graeca II and Hebraica II (the Linguist Software fonts) to the BibleWorks fonts in an MS Word document?

A friend is looking for such a tool and doesn't want to reinvent the wheel. I would think this would be a helpful tool for many others as well.
