I've tried downloading other additional files and come across these directions on the blog:
"To install the files, download the archive and unzip the files to your /BibleWorks 9/databases folder. If you want the book name to display properly in your browse window, then you will need to append the following line to your default bookname file (typically books.bna in your /BibleWorks 9/init folder ..."
For Eusebius text, do we need to append a line to the bookname file?
If so, how does one do this? Do we need to download a special text editing program to edit this *.bna file?

You don't need to, but you'll probably have a better overall experience. The .bna file is a simple text format, so you can open it with a program like Notepad or Wordpad on Windows. See this blog post for a bit more detail.
