I have made a PDF scan of Thackeray’s Grammar of the Greek Old Testament according to the Septuagint (Cambridge, 1909).

It’s available at http://www.oldinthenew.org/pdf/thackeray.pdf (18 MB). Feel free to copy and distribute as this is a public domain text.

It’s relatively hard to find in print, and it’s not cheap (used.addall.com).
