Default How Can I Order If the Internet Store Says "Problem Processing Your Order"?

The most common reason the commercial credit card validity checker in the BibleWorks Internet Store returns a message similar to "Problem Processing Your Order" is that the credit card information entered, including the billing address, doesn't yield a valid result. The best way to proceed is to try another credit card: if that succeeds, it's a sign the first card has a processing problem (over limit, wrong billing address, etc.). (Such a problem must be addressed with the credit card company.)

If a second credit card also fails, please place the order (consisting of product(s) desired), shipping address, and payment (a check or credit card information (number/expiration date)) through BibleWorks Customer Support. Orders can be mailed, faxed, called in, or e-mailed. If e-mail is chosen, we suggest for added security splitting credit card information into multiple e-mails, for reassembly by BibleWorks upon receipt. Please also let us know of any difficulty encountered with Internet Store rejection of multiple credit cards.
