Default BibleWorks in New Zealand & Australia

    Greetings BibleWorks users,

This is kind of an FYI and a request for communication from other users.

My family and I are moving to Hastings, New Zealand (Lord willing) by the first week of September to begin fulltime ministry @ The Shepherd's Bible College.

In the past I have been a regular contributor to these forums (and plan to be in the future), but due to the incredible number of items that need attention right now when trying to sell a home, pack, and move a family half-way around the world in three months, my contributions here have dropped off!

    Sorry...

I think some know that I have also served as one of the BibleWorks trainers here in the US for the past 2 1/2 - 3 years. That will, unfortunately, come to an end after our workshops scheduled for next month.

    Now for the request...

I am looking to make contact with other BibleWorks users in New Zealand and/or Australia. If you are a BW user in that part of the world, please drop me an email off line: jfleener AT digitalexegesis DOT com.

    Hi Philip,

    Thanks...

I will miss BW training and seeing everyone @ ETS/SBL!

However, we are very excited about the direction of the Lord's leading.

    God bless,

    Lightbulb Chllybns

    Hi Joe

In Australia we have portable food coolers which we call Eskys, after Eskimos.
Maybe we should be calling them Inuits, now.

But New Zealanders call them chilly bins, which Australians find amusing, particularly as the clipped NZ pronunciation of the "i" comes almost disappears.

I don't think this is transmitting very well in email!
