Technical Support for Notes

Greetings brothers and sisters in Christ,

I'll apologize right away because I'm just about sure that this is a user problem. However, I just purchased BW6 today and am out of ideas on how to resolve this problem.

I'm trying to create chapter notes and auto open them upon verse changes. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it to "stick". It will work for a bit and then will just stop working. Now, I can't get it working at all. Here are the options I have selected...



With these options the only way I can get my notes to come up is to click 'Open User Notes' manually.

Like I said.. probably a user error.

This feature does not work in 'browse' mode. Sorry to have bothered everyone!
