Update: BibleWorks Maps Executable (7.013c)

This patch contains the latest BibleWorks 7.0 program maps executable. Added toggles for the popups in the overlays window and the map window maps. Also fixed bug that would cause popups to flash on and off.

This is a NOT a preview version. No access code is needed to download this patch.
