Yes there is. You can arrange them to scroll together, but you can also look at either one separately. The Hebrew is not tagged for anything.

One last question about that software. Is it standalone or does it require some base package of Logos to function?
The Main Logos software looks cluncky to me compared to Bible Works.

Their software works completely differently, but no you don't need to purchase anything else. Their main program, the Libronix reader, is an electronic library program, and can be downloaded for free (it also comes on the CD's you order).
As such, you pay only for content. That means you can add as much or as little content as you want.
I don't own any of their packages, because I think the search software vastly inferior. I do use it for things like the Biblical Archaeology Review archive, the Word Biblical Commentaries and the Context of Scripture, things that you'll never find in BW, because BW is not designed to be a library program.
The two programs are designed to have different purposes and different strengths.
