Choose NAU as your search version and type ".fear*@*" (without the quotes).
This will return all the occurrences of "fear*" tagged with a Strong's number. Once you know the numbers you can look up the Hebrew and Greek terms associated to them.
Hope this helps,

Thank you. I thought of Louw Nida after I wrote the post.
In one of the responses the code *@* was used. What does this mean?

The asterisk stands for zero or any number of characters. Therefore, the search ".fear*@*" will return any word starting with "fear" and followed by any number of characters (fear, feared, fearful, fearfully, etc.), which has been tagged with any Strong's number (@ is used here to indicate that what follows is a Strong's number, and * is the wildcard). So the first asterisk applies to "fear", while the second applies to Strong's numbers.

Thank you.
