This may be a little off topic, but does anyone have a recommendation for the best way to get started with OneNote. I have it with my Office 2007 suite but have never used it. Ideally I'd like a...
Thanks! This has been a problem for a long time. I thought it was unique to my system. It's great to have such an easy solution.

Here are the instructions I received when I purchased the new LSJM module, which like ZERW is available for download only. I imagine the instructions would be the same.
"To install and unlock...
You can search both Hebrew and Aramaic with an OR search if you use wildcards: for example /aaa@* aaa%* (where aaa represents a common root) will pick up occurrences of the root in Dan 2:4 - 7:28....
The % is the separator for Aramaic. I confirmed it in on-line help as well as looking at the database.
It also looks like a lemma-only search in the WTM will return the Hebrew since it assumes...
68 hits in 61 verses in the NAU. I wonder what the difference is.
What's the version number?

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do. Have you opened the gntverbs file in the flashcard module? Are you trying to do that for all of the verbs in your text?

I sometimes have this problem, also. It seems to depend on the lexicon.
I tested Ezekiel 13 for you, selecting all words that occur in the chapter. No problem with Holladay; my system hung with...
You might want to repost this comment to the General BibleWorks Discussion. You're likely to get more comments.
I'm still using XP Pro so can't comment on problems with Vista.
Go ahead and upgrade.
I've been using BibleWorks since v. 4 and have never regretted upgrading to the newer versions. The upgrade from 6 to 7 is especially worth it because of the new interface...
I can't get by with a single favorite Bible any longer. I've used the NASB for about 35 years so that's kind of a mental default. I use the ESV to teach because it's becoming the standard among the...
There are lots of ways to do this. The ones I use most often are:
1. From your word processor, make sure BibleWorks is also open and press ctrl-shift-B. This will open a little copy verse dialog...
Either select View | Toggle Browse Mode or press on the icon with two feet over the browse window to switch back and forth between multiversion mode and browse mode. Browse mode will show you the...
Mine, too, and I didn't download the Arabic Bibles, just the update to the executable.

However, until then, it is a relatively quick fix in Word to do a find and replace macro to go from paragraph marks to real paragraph form.
Do a Replace all for "¶"...
Go to the flashcards module (same one you're going to for the Greek) and select File | Open. You should see two files listed: hotverbs and hotvoc. They're both Hebrew Old Testament; one contains only...
Go to Tools | Options | Versions and select Add to add a new favorite for parallel versions. Once you've done that and saved it you'll be able to click on the down arrow next to the Parallel Versions...
Oh yeah ... you will want to use one of the morphology databases and exclude morphology codes when you generate your lists.
I just tried it with the GNM and found 132 words.
I suppose your best bet is to use the Word List Manager to generate a list of all the words in Hebrews in the primary window, then generate a list of all GNT words in the secondary window. Select and...
I've just sent you a sample compiled html help file from a different application via email. The sample contains two types of graphics: a screen snapshot for the application and a schematic. It prints...
Charlie, thanks for your help. I ran troubleshooting on my printer and checked the printer driver. There's nothing wrong with the printer. I've also tested printing other graphics-heavy compiled html...
I found that I can get the graphics to print if I do a Select All on the text in the document, then right click and print. As long as I remember to do that I'll be okay.
If I select the heading...
I am trying to print the help on sentence diagramming, both the How to Diagram document by Randy Leedy and the BibleWorks help on the module itself, but I'm not getting any of the graphics to print....
