You can search both Hebrew and Aramaic with an OR search if you use wildcards: for example /aaa@* aaa%* (where aaa represents a common root) will pick up occurrences of the root in Dan 2:4 - 7:28....

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do. Have you opened the gntverbs file in the flashcard module? Are you trying to do that for all of the verbs in your text?
