Okay, now I see my error, it is a waw consecutive perfect.

I think it may be a typo in the morphological code. Instead of a w for waw consecutive, it is a q.

I did a search for all the waw consecutives within the text of Esther. The only problem is that the search missed at least one verb from the first chapter. I have not checked the rest...

Is it possible to do a search for everytime a noun comes before a verb in the Hebrew text? I have tried a few things with the morphological searches, but they haven't really worked.
