I first contacted CS fifteen days ago. I guess I'll call the CS number, but it'll have to wait until Monday. CS is closed for the weekend. :(

Still waiting . . .
I received BW8 on 01/08, contacted customer support the same day via Internet and the following day by e-mail. I included my past codes in a follow-up e-mail about three days...
I know we've been spoiled by Mike Bushnell and the unparalleled service of the Bible Works staff. I, too, still await the BDAG and HALOT codes. It has been a week since I contacted customer service....
I agree. Even an automated e-mail response would be better than no response whatsoever. How do I even know my messages were received?
This is one item that did, in fact, change in BW8. :(
The codes WE believe we needed? That sounds a bit condescending, as if there's a good chance WE could be mistaken. Maybe that's not how you meant it, though. ;)
I appreciate the help. I still have two sets of codes for each product -- BDAG and HALOT. One set replaced the other, as I recall. I'm sure we'll get it straightened out.
I've tried contacting tech support but, so far, to no avail. I purchased BDAG and HALOT a couple of versions back. Unfortunately, I cannot install and activate them in BW8. Should I have received...
The actual product.
Got mine! I ordered the same day I heard about BW8 on the Biblical Studies and Technological Tools blog. That would be Nov. 20.
I like to read a manual cover to cover . . . but not on a computer monitor. I understand your reasoning, though. The lack of a paper manual will not keep me from purchasing BW8. In fact, I've...
No paper-bound manual for BW8, correct?
Here's a cut-and-paste from M. Bushell's earlier post:
There is no printed BW 7 manual. We polled a number of users before dropping it and the consensus was that very few people use it. The main...
I know this is the official response to those who prefer to have a printed manual. But I wonder: Doesn't the information in the manual remain 99.9% up-to-date? Wouldn't a simple disclaimer in the...
Thank you, John. I chose #2 and it works like a charm. Thanks again.
Try as I might, I can't create a link to TDNT (full or abridged) in Logos. Has anyone else tried it?
bummer . . . :(
