I had a chance to roll back to version 7.0.019e.2. The problem went away. Something must have happen at some point when I regularly updated the program

My "Getting Started" screen keeps showing up even after I unselected "show this window on startup". Any idea how to get rid of it?

In the Editor, instead of clicking "Note Directory" icon everytime, is there a way to display it on the right side of the note taking area? I like to use Keynote (see screen) to organize my class...

I have just tried my new BW7. There are many great features, but I like the old layout in BW5. I wish it gives me an option to choose different layouts like the old version does.
