BW 7 Default Screen Setup

As mentioned over in BW7 the Teaser here's a screen shot of the default layout to BibleWorks 7. You're going to love it once you try it.

The Screen layout is designed to flow from left to right. You start on the left with searches and so forth then flow to the center to read the text and consult the right-hand column to do the rest.

When it first opens you'll be a little surprised but once you get going you'll start to appreciate the thoughts behind setting it up this way.

Before you get upset, YES you can make it look very much like BW6 but please, please, please give this layout a fair shake. You'll grow to like it as much as I did.

Wow, I'm a first time user (just got BW in December). While I like BW6, BW7 looks great. Could you post some more screenshots?

The possibilities are almost endless.

Here I have my editor in focus on the right (notice the tool bar on that thing!) w/ a floating Resource Summary below my main BW window for quick access to lexical and grammatical information.

I could easily switch the two or several other possibilities...

Don't forget the maps! They are awesome!

I can't get a good quality picture of the maps small enough to post to the forums, but you can view a 2 Meg bitmap here.

Just curious where the new grammars are. How do they integrate into the program.

The new grammars integrate into the program in the same way as the grammars which were intorduced w/ 6.0.

Via the menu

Via the 6.0 "Lexical and Grammtical Help" = 7.0 "Resouce Summary Window"

The "Resource Summary Window" can be used in its default "docked" position or you can open a floating window and place anywhere on the screen.
