Hebrew Transliteration to Utf-8

Hi,

i have exported the hebrew TAR -text and got something like this. :mad:

Gen 1:1 `a['ra; ty"w> ay"m;v. ty" ywy ar'b. !ymidq;b]

I would prefer utf-8 encoding and so my questions is:

is there a tool that converts Transliteration to Utf-8 ( perhaps xml entities

&#1489 ====> ב )


if not is there a transliteration table available?
