Does anyone know about this material, and does it really teach Hebrew well. I've been learning greek and what an encouragement it has been. I found it on this link: http://www.logos.com/products/prepub/details/2203

Yep it's a great book. Plenty of practices and reading material for you to master the alephbet and so on. I don't know why you would want to get the audio companion though, since you're not learning modern Israeli hebrew. I've found that biblical hebrew is easy enough to pronounce as it is.

Shalom,

I am not familiar with that particular product but I have purchased several Hebrew charts from those who make it, namely EKS Publishing Company. Unless you deem the CD helpful you can purchase the First Hebrew Primer without the CD and saver about $20.00.

Follow this link to EKS and see for yourself what products they offer. I was satisfied with both their products and the fast delivery.

Here is that link http://www.ekspublishing.com/wn920.html
