ESV and BibleWorks 4.0

Is there a way to download the ESV bible for BibleWorks 4.0?

This is not an option. I believe ESV came in 6.0 (possibly 5.0). When a new Bible version is included in BW it is usually not back-fitted since they pay fees for the rights to that version, those fees are recovered by the sale of newer versions of BW.
