Need disc one of BibleWorks 4.0

I purchased BibleWorks 4.0 (for Windows) in 1999 and am a registered user. I need to reinstall the software due to an error but I have misplaced the first of the two BibleWorks CDs. I requested a replacement disc at BibleWorks but was informed that they no longer support version 4 and their representative recommended that I post my request at this forum for a user to supply the disc.

If a user can provide me with a download or copy of the first disc of BibleWorks 4.0, please reply to my e-mail address. I would deeply appreciate it.
