The
Society for the promotion of the identification of tiny
papyrus scraps
(SIPS)
proudly presents a new contest:

The winner will receive the (digital)
Nestle-Aland brooch in silver
(Silver, not bronze, as some media have it!)

In the recent publication of P84
Stephane Verhelst
"Les fragments du Castellion (Kh. Mird) des Úvangiles de Marc et de Jean (P84)"
Le Museon 116 (2003) 15-44

three fragments have been left unidentified.
Slightly enhanced images of the three fragments in question can found in the PDF link here:
http://www.uni-bremen.de/~wie/SIPS.pdf

The original images can be found online here:
http://lhpc.arts.kuleuven.ac.be/img/pleuven/descr/dscn1695.html
(We are talking about the three fragments top left, middle left and middle)
The verso:

The other fragments have been identified as portions of the Gospels of John and Mark, compare:
http://ldab.arts.kuleuven.ac.be/detail.php?theID=LDAB+2927
(links are at the bottom of the page)

So it appears probable that the unidentified fragments come from these Gospels, too. Other texts cannot be ruled out though.

To win the brooch, you must assign at least one fragment satisfactorily and present a reconstruction.

Hints: The codex in question is a two-column codex. The line length is about 10 letters per line and there are about 29-30 lines per column.
