Bible Translation Giving "In-Line" Proper Name & Places Meaning?

Is anyone aware of a Bible translation that gives "in-line" or parenthetically the meaning of all proper names and places (especially in the OT). I have read articles that do this and it can add significantly to comprehension. Thanks.

There is a Bible called "The Scriptures" by ISR that does just this Al.

I have a copy, it restores the proper name of "God" to hwhy (Yahuweh). And most other names and some places. It transliterates them.
