Parallel Window Issue

Hello All –

Q: I am using BW 6.0. When I have a Parallel Window open, and I go back to the main BW window and do a search via the command line, for example “cloak”, my search results come up in the command center, when I click on one of the scriptures in the command center list it updates the Parallel Window instead of the results window. I have removed all the “X’s” from the Link/Unlink in the Parallel window and it still updates the Parallel window. How can I stop this from happening?

The Parallel version window is functioning as a "Secondary Results Window."

If you right click in your main results window you should see an option to "Disable Secondary Results Window" about 3/4 of the way down. Once you have selected this then your searches should not affect your parallel window.
