change popup versions

I want to change popup versions in links that I make in notes to show NRS and BNT bibles. I also want links from lexicons and other resources to go to NRS and BNT. I use view -> 'chose popup versions' in BW9, but I do not seem to get permanent changes. Please help.

I have made some progress, I think. Now from a link in a lexicon I get both NRS and BNT, but when I add a link to a verse in a note I only get NRS. Is this expected that only one version is shown in these circumstances?
