Generate Strongs list with Hebrew/Greek words

I've done some forum searching, and found a fair few threads dealing with aspects of Strongs numbers,* but not this precise one ... and I can't figure it out myself, although it must have something to do with word-lists.

So: is there a way to extract from BibleWorks a list of all Strongs numbers with the accompanying Hebrew/Greek word? And, for a bonus, having done that to get the word with some basic grammatical info? (noun, verb, preposition, particle)?

[* One thread pointed me to the XML files listing Strongs numbers (http://sourceforge.net/projects/zefania-sharp/files/Zefania%20XML%20Modules%20%28old%29/Zefania%20XML%20Databases/) with info, but it's not very refined.]

Just to update my own thread (in case anyone is watching) (although I don't think anyone is ;)), the OpenScriptures project (http://openscriptures.org/) has a very nice BDB Hebrew Lexicon (https://github.com/openscriptures/HebrewLexicon) effort going. An element of that is a very well produced XML file (https://github.com/openscriptures/HebrewLexicon/blob/master/HebrewMesh.xml) which links Strong's numbers and BDB entries. That's pretty much what I was looking for.
