I compiled a personal translation into BW8 of 1 Peter and installed it. Everything went well. I can see and search my translation, but cannot display it with other versions. Here are two screen shots:

My translation (called KUM) it works fine by itself. But when I try to display it in the browse window with other versions, it fails to appear. I have the ESV, BNT and KUM all selected to appear in my browse window, but only the ESV and BNT appear. KUM is check as a display version, but will not appear with any other version.

If I commandline P BNT KUM ESV I can display all three in parallel.

What am I missing?

Hi Joe,

My guess, without seeing your files, is that in the Version Database Compiler you do not have Content section set to OT/NT (or NT if you only have the NT). Changing this setting to OT/NT (or NT, as appropriate) should solve the problem.

If this still does not work, please contact me "(gweaver) at your favorite Bible software company .com" and I can take a look at your compiler settings.

Blessings,
Glenn
