Greetings,

I opened up BW this week and the program acted as though it was the first time I used it. For instance, it asked me what command center I wanted to use. Further, it did not have any my settings (favorite versions, button bar, etc.).

Any ideas as to what would cause this and how to fix it?

Thank you!

What version are you using on what operating system? Did you recently do anything to change the program (i.e. download updates, install new modules, etc.)?

Hi,
I am using BW 5 and Vista. I don't recall making any changes to BW or to my computer's operating system.
Thanks!
Tom

Yikes, I can't recall back to BW5 to know what to look for. Your settings are generally found in .ini files in the main BibleWorks folder. You could try contacting tech support to see if they can help you. I don't know whether they still provide active support for versions that far back or not, but it's worth a shot.
