the font size in CHM files is way too small, is there a way to make it larger?

It depends upon the chm. In some of the earlier CHMs the font sizes were hard-wired, so that they cannot be changed. The newer CHMs have sizable fonts. Since the CHMs are dependent upon Internet Explorer settings, changing the font size (not the zoom, but the font size) in Internet Explorer will change the CHM font size. In some of the most recent CHMs the Unicode export font setting in the BibleWorks option | fonts window changes the font display in the CHM. We are moving toward making all of the CHMs function in the same way as the latest CHMs, but it will take some time to accomplish this.

Glenn, thanks for the response.
Is there a place where we can get the most-recent-CHM files?

I'm afraid that you misunderstood my meaning. The earliest produced CHMs (for example, Wallace's Greek syntax) have fixed-size fonts. The latest CHMs (for example, Schaff's Early Church Fathers) have sizeable fonts. It will take some time for us to go back to the earlier CHMs and convert them to sizeable fonts. (At the same time we are converting them to Unicode fonts, as well. Unicode wasn't well supported by word processors in the earlier days, so we didn't use Unicode in the earlier CHMs.)
