greek text in browse window

I am very new to BW8 - just installed it Monday. my problem is that the greek text has commas, periods, etc within the Greek words. is this normal?

No, that's not normal. I assume you mean all Greek texts look that way? I'm not sure if your fonts didn't install correctly, or what the problem might be. If no one else here can answer, you might call/e-mail tech support (http://www.bibleworks.com/support.html).

Looks to me like you changed your Browse Window Greek font. Under the settings: General > Fonts > click on "Browse Window Fonts" > make sure for Greek you have: Bwgrkl
It should look like this:
