Issue with Win / / 64-bit and BW verse notes

Hi gang.

Just got this pc (http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668647.php), and am having some BW8 issues involving verse notes.

I am set up for notes to display on individual verses.

When I select some Greek text and drag into the notes window, it drags.

When I select some Hebrew test and drag into the notes window, there is sort of a blink, but nothing shows. Nor can I type in the notes window.

Some of the verses info displays, but I think other verses are not displaying.

Anyone know this one?

Hi Dan,

I have not heard of this problem, but you will probably want to contact Customer Service about it. They would probably be the ones best able to help with the problem you are experiencing. Contact info for Customer Service is in my signature line.

Since this is a new PC, you might want to check a couple of things:
1) Are you able to drag-n-drop Hebrew text into a word processor?
2) Is the Hebrew font that you are exporting (by default it is set to a Unicode Hebrew font, as specified in your Options | Font settings) actually installed?

Here's the weird: even though I'd already rebooted and tried several things, the problem has simply gone away now. Clicks and drags, and all my missing notes are there.

Psh. IT. Go figure.
