Hi,

I'm hoping it might be possible to change the default language setting when copying text to clipboard. An example of what I would like to achieve. If I copy Gen 1:1 to the clipboard, this is the rtf text which is placed on the clipboard:

{\rtf1\adeflang1037\fbidis\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\ deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Minion Pro;}{\f1\fnil\fcharset161 Minion Pro;}{\f2\fnil\fcharset177 SBL Hebrew;}{\f3\fnil\fcharset0 Bwtransh;}{\f4\fnil\fcharset204 Times New Roman Cyr;}{\f5\fnil\fcharset0 Bwviet;}{\f6\fnil\fcharset238 Times New Roman CE;}{\f7\fnil\ansicpg1252\fcharset0 Arial;}{\f8\fnil\ansicpg1252\fcharset177 Bwhebb;}
{\f9\fnil\ansicpg1252\fcharset0 bwsupp;}{\f10\fcharset177 SBL Hebrew;}{\f11\fcharset0 Arial Unicode MS;}}
{\colortbl;\red0\green0\blue0;
\red255\green255\blue255;
}
\pard\plain \fs20
\lang1033\f0\ltrch \b (Gen.\~1:1\~)\b0 \pard\ltrpar\ql\uc1 {\plain \ltrch\ansicpg1252\fcharset0\lang1033\f0\fs24 \fs24 }{\plain \ltrch\ansicpg1252\fcharset0\lang1033\f0\fs24 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.}
}

Notice that the language is specified as "deflang1033" and "lang1033". I would like it to be copied as "deflang2057" and "lang2057" so that it is set to UK English.

The reason why this is an issue is that any English text that is copied into MS Word is detected as US English and so US English spelling is used on the pasted text. The text needs to be selected and then manually changed to what it should be in the document, namely UK English.

So is there a way to set the copying of English text to the desired user language, in my case 2057 UK English?

Thanks,
David.
