Need to copy and paste a screenshot of BW 8

Hey guys, I need some help making a screen shot of BW8 and saving it as a JPEG if possible. I was wondering how to do this. I wanted to get a picture of the Synopsis tool and also possibly a screen shot of my layout that I work from to use in PowerPoint or to send to a friend. How can I do this? Anyway, thanks in advance for your help.

You can always use the PrintScreen button on your keyboard to copy the whole screen.
For better control and many more options, I recommend starting with the free version of FastStone Capture here (http://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=775).
