It appears that Phillips' translation of the NT and partial OT are both online in the entirety. Anyone want to collaborate in building a user file?

Anyone already built one?

BW, any plans to add these in anytime soon?

It's unclear to me who owns the copyright of his text (his estate does, so it appears?), but you would have to get permission from that entity first in order to legally distribute such a version.
