When I want to find where a Greek verb is used in a tense regardless of mood, since there is no "any code" (?) for tense, I have to work around it by individually searching for each mood on the command line or linking the individual searches in the graphical engine (yet more steps). Am I missing something?
I think you mean that there is no ? code for mood, and I am assuming you are using a morphological text. (BGM, BNM...)
This is an old issue, and you probably had a popup box once upon a time to let you know what to do.
The trick here is once you start typing: .*@v > here's where you want to enter the ?.
Do this: hit the ESC key. Then you can type the ?. Then the coding options will continue on.
(PS to BW folks: this issue regularly comes up. How about putting in the ? among the options for verbal mood.)
