There is mention and screen shots BibleWork's inverted nun's on the logos Bible Software forums' thread, Non-inverted inversion (http://community.logos.com/forums/t/8649.aspx?PageIndex=2) The last two or so post on that thread contain screen shots.

Check it out!

It looks like BibleWorks has their act together on the inverted nuns.

:)

They sure do, not to mention the ability to search on accents and combinations of them, too.

In the 4.2 morphology BHS that Logos has there is a popup that notes the suspended nun in the word Manasseh in Judges 18:30 but BibleWorks doesn't include any information on this suspended nun. You can see the suspended nun in your printed BHS.

The significance of this suspended nun is important as the text reads Manasseh with the nun but it reads Moses without the nun. The nun is suspended to note that it was added out of respect for Moses because of the idolatry that Micah is carrying on and how Jonathan is involved in it. Check out the names Jonathan and Gershom and you'll find that they are indeed offspring of Moses and the time frame fits.

If you are interested, you can read what Ginsburg has to say about the suspended nun in Judges 18:30 in his Introduction to the Massoretico-Critical Edition of the Hebrew Bible.

Here's a link to where he begins his commentary on the suspended nun. BTW, you might try linking this online resource to BibleWorks. I have not yet done so.

Rashi also commented on this:
