1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. -- BibleWorks Intermediate Workshop

These workshops will demonstrate the use of BibleWorks version 8 and the instructors will do all teaching in both workshops from BibleWorks 8. Click here (http://www.bibleworks.com/training/What%20you%20will%20learn.doc) for a brief description of what each workshop will cover.

Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop with BibleWorks 8 installed. Each workshop will include some hands-on review assignments to give you an opportunity to practice what you learn. BibleWorks Regional Trainer Brad Johnson will teach the Essentials workshop. Brad is currently serving in his fourth year as an Instructor of Biblical Languages at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. He holds M.A.'s in Biblical Studies and Theological Studies, and is currently working toward the completion of a PhD in Biblical Studies, also at Asbury. He lives in Wilmore with his wife and four sons.

Mark Cannon will teach the Intermediate workshop. Mark is a technical staff specialist for BibleWorks. He holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and has served as a pastor in northeast Ohio. Mark brings his experience as a seminary and post-graduate biblical studies student, pastor and seminary instructor to the workshops. He counts it a privilege to serve those engaged in the task of biblical exegesis and ministry through the mission of BibleWorks. He lives in Chesapeake, Virginia with his wife Robin and their two daughters.
