Major Mistakes while using Bible Software

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am currently writing a chapter for a forthcoming hermeneutics book and I am looking for some help from the experts :). I am looking for major mistakes that users of bible software make when using software. For example: when doing a semantic field search we often forget to include negated antonyms (e.g., "not condemned" and "forgiven"). Thanks for the input!
