BW8 Help file question

Hi,

I'm contemplating creating a custom module for BibleWorks, so I opened up the help file and slid down to chapter 52 - Custom Modules. In the section titled Tag the Scripture References and Create a Scripture Index I seem to be missing a jpg file that is likely for illustrative purposes. The file name is bwh46_1.jpg.

I was wondering if I'm looking at a file missing on just my computer rig or is this missing in someone else's help file as well? I have all the latest patches loaded up.

If someone could take a minute to check their help file, I'd be appreciative.
