Win7 Installation Error

I've got this error message during installation in Vista before, but now I get it with Windows 7 every time = can't install Bibleworks 8:

D:/data2.cab
Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Happens during ...map overlay . . . high39.fei installation phase.

I'll check support, too.
