VLO Now Sorts!

Added a Sort feature to Verse List Organizer -- Tools | Sort Verses

This feature is primarily for the Combine Files feature of Verse List Organizer. Previously when you combined VLS files, they occured in their natural order in each file.

Now you can sort them according to canonical book order in VLO.
