Without getting into detail, yes you can search for pronominal suffixes separately from the verbs to which they are attached. Using WTM as your search version and typing the following first
.*@v?
and then filling in the rest of the information you want (suffixes) will get you all the suffixes you want, regarless of which verb they follow. You may want to start the search on the command line, where the command line will drop down the next set of variables from which to choose (known as the "Command Line Assistant").
