Qumran scholars marks a probable letter with a small black dot above it, and a possible letter with small circlet above it. Does the Bible works font have such features?

Qumran scholars marks a probable letter with a small black dot above it, and a possible letter with small circlet above it. Does the Bible works font have such features?

I believe so, but I'm not sure what dot it is. If you go to the Start Menu in Windows and then Run type in "charmap" and go to Bwhebl font. There you should see all the possible characters in the BW Hebrew map. You'll have to do a combination of characters to get a Hebrew letter + the dot you want.
