As with any software that runs on a computer, varying conditions will occasionally lead to an error condition of one kind or another. BibleWorks is pleased to offer free technical support to its registered users when errors or program failures occur.

One measure that should be taken before any other is to check for program updates with the updater within the program (HELP > BIBLEWORKS ON THE INTERNET > CHECK FOR UPDATES.)

If the update of the program executable or its other files does not serve to resolve the problem, one should contact BibleWorks Technical Support. One can do so from the link on the Customer Support (http://www.bibleworks.com/support.html) page on the BibleWorks website, or by sending a message to service@bibleworks.com, a link for which is on the same web page, cited above.

When reporting a problem, please remember to include the following information:
1. Your name and contact information
2. Your version of BibleWorks (e.g. BibleWorks 5, 6 or 7)
3. A complete description of the problem encountered, which should include
a. Steps taken that resulted in the problem.
b. The text of error messages received.
c. Any steps already taken to try to resolve the problem.
If errors are encountered in the texts themselves, such as mismatches between a printed version of the text and that as it appears in BibleWorks, send complete information to dberrors@bibleworks.com.
