BibleWorks is a 32-bit application. According to Microsoft,

"Many programs designed for a computer running a 32-bit version of Windows will work on a computer running 64-bit versions of Windows without any changes. However, in some cases there might be differences in performance. If you have a 64-bit computer, it's best to run programs designed to run on a 64-bit computer."

From our limited testing and from the reports we have from users, BibleWorks has successfully installed and run without errors or crashing on the x64 version of Vista. We cannot, however, guarantee that it will always do so, and due to present limitations, we have limited means for testing and support of the program in that environment. Our recommendation, therefore, if problems are encountered is to visit the BibleWorks User Forums to query other BibleWorks users who may be running in the 64-bit environment. In addition, if you purchase the program from us, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
