Transliterated Greek font in search window

Hi,
When using any particular Greek text as my search version, I am getting what appears to be a transliteration of the Greek in the search window verse lists. In fact, this font appears everywhere there should be a Greek font except in the browse window. Even in there though, when I place my cursor over a word in the NT, the Greek that comes up is in this weird font as well.
In the search limits window, I checked the font that is used for Greek and that did not change anything. I have the correct font there. It even shows up in my vocab cards. What do I need to do?

Try rebooting. I've had the same problem on very rare occasions, and rebooting always fixes it.

I tried rebooting, but the font is still there.
