How to cite Bibleworks? SBL and MLA question

I'm trying to figure out how to best cite Bibleworks on my references/bibliography/works cited page, and I have a few questions:

How to cite a Bible version within Bibleworks?
How to cite Bibleworks included resources, like Metzger's or RWP?
How to cite added resources like Augustine, Calvin's commentaries, and things from CCEL?
How to cite Bibleworks' tools, like the report generator?

I realize that most of these will be similar, but these are the questions I have as I am working through some papers.

I think the examples there should give you an idea how to cite resources in BW7 as well.
