Tablet PC Screen get scratchy?

Can anyone with a Tablet PC tell me if their screen gets scratched up with frequent use? It's a Bibleworks question for me, but the answer is really unrelated to BW. :)

My first tablet pc, I got scratches which I later realized happened because some dust and grime had gotten onto the screen. I kept it clean, got no further scratches. None on this one so far.
